Exclamation ***New Feedback system.*** I-Trader Q&A*** How it works, please read***

This new system of feedback is very easy to use.

1. Go to the sale thread.

2. Copy and paste the URL. (the page address at the top of your browser) The copy and Paste is no longer required IF you posted in the sale thread.

2a. To copy and paste, click on the address bar, it should turn blue, then right click and click copy.

3. Find the user you want to post feedback for, (they do not need to have posted in the thread) click on their I-trader profile.

4. That will bring you to the I-trader profile page of that member. Click (submit feedback for...)

5. Now simply fill out all of the fields, paste the URL in it's box and click submit reply. You must fill out the additional comment section. You no longer need to fill out the additional comments section.

Miked has added a new feature that allows your old feedback to be linked to the new feedback page. This will allow all members to see your old feedback without searching for it.

You should also receive a PM message that a feedback has been left for you by another member, this would be a good time to return the favor and post their feedback.

You can return the feedback for any deal by clicking on the paper button, this will take you to the feedback for that item (you will not need to paste the URL, it will be already there) Just fill in your rating +,-, or neutral, then a title and message in the comments field

Please be sure you re-read the feedback before you click submit, make sure you are leaving the right feedback rating.

Anyone who has a problem with a deal should PM FallFever or myself and we will try to work it out.
The old feedback forum will still be available for bad deals, FF or myself will start a new thread for any bad deals (ripped off), but not for "did not send money or slow to ship", these will show up in their iTrader feedback. We will still need every members help in tracking down any bad dealers, so please check there often.

what do you do if the person cantacted by you PM because they saw your WTB ad and didn't post to your thread. There also is no way to leave feedback if there wasn't a thread.

There needs to be a thread to leave feedback.
You can use your WTB ad as the url for the feedback.

I sold an item to a guy that never posted on my sales post. We did all our business with PMs.

How do I leave feedback for him?

Robert, You will need to copy and paste the URL of the sale thread, then find his member profile page from a PM of his (or any post he has in the classified section) and you can leave feedback from there. Just click on his iTrader profile.

Bellows, I'm trying to leave feedback for a guy who sent me a PM wanting to purchase an item that I had after reading a post of mine in the General section. When I list the URL, (http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=369689) it comes back and says "invalid URL...

Hey Hemingway

The only valid threads are those in the Classifieds forum, and those that have been started by you or the guy you're leaving feedback for. If you want to leave feedback for this guy, you'll have to post an ad (you can close it immediately, of course) in the classifieds section. Then you'll have a proper URL.

Cool ????

I was going to leave a feedback for someone the other day but I decided to go out to the garage and build a rocket to send to the moon.....It was easier.

Just playing....I like the new feedback but it isn't as simple as the old way

My question is: Once a thread is closed out or locked can you still leave the other party a feedback ????

Yes, any thread in the classified ads can be used for leaving feedback.

I'm always willing to help, too. Instead of complaining, ask for help. It's not difficult at all.

I keep getting the dreaded invalid in the attempt to leave feedback for stormbringer............http://75.126.80.18/vb/showthread.php?t=421098

And why should I have to delete all my favorites in my computer to do this?.....................ck

And now, out of the blue with one last frustrated attempt, within seconds of this post, it now works.......as the url mysterly turned into http://archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=421098

All because I looked up the post from his profile and not mine.......weird................

Clay, the {http75***} URl is no good, that was from the server change over.

All AT URL's should be {Http/archerytalk***.com.

Click this link and save it to your favorites, and delete the 75*** link you now have.

http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/index.php

Who said you had to delete all of your favorite?
