This guy shot this deer near Tigerton WI, (the new Buffalo county) Grossed 223 and I am not sure what the net was. I guess he saw the deer bed down in some tall grass, he tried to grunt at it and nothing happened. I climbed down and put the stalk on. he got 25yds away and couldnt get the deer to stand up. He shot at it laying down and missed. when he loaded another arrow and drew back a doe behind him started to snort at him. the deer stood up and was quartering twards him and he had no other shot than to shoot it in the neck. (he was shooting a rage for all you rage guys out there) the deer ran 50yds and piled up. The pic with the 2 racks in it just shows you how massive this deer really is. the smaller rack scored 194. I am in one pic holding the rack up.... I did not shoot this deer.

Your right it was 194-2/8

See the orange tag on the antlers, That tag is from the taxi and the taxi is an official B&C scorer. he is the one that measured it. The pics dont do it justice.

First off, I would like to say mighty fine deer harvested in all these pics. Not a damn one, I would pass up.

Secondly, I dont know the expertise of every person in the United States ability to score friggin antlers, from pictures on a computer but lay off the guys that are posting. If you dont agree with what they think they score or whatever, just leave it at that. I think most of the time you guys that get on here and start judging others people deer are just ticked cause you dont have a damn set of antlers that even compare to these giants.

Thirdly, to you guys that post these impressive creatures, thanks. I enjoy seeing other people being successful at the sport and appreciate you guys sharing it with those of us who arent trying to up you one. It doesnt matter what they score, they are obviously giants and impressive for any part of the US.

I'm not trying to one up anyone. In my opinion the story is sketchy and so is the scores. I also enjoy viewing deer but if someone wants to put up their score than that there opens it up to discussion and opinions.

Looks pretty legit to me. If I'm not mistaken, there are bands on both racks. I don't think the typo (i vs. he) is simply that...a typo.

man those are huge, some of the biggest ive seen on here this year. holding that 193 next to him puts things in perspective., any idea on how big the deer itself was?
