I posted in the bowhunting forum as well. I'm planning a trip to Orlando next year, I'm looking to do a day hunt for a meat hog or two. Can anyone suggest an outfitter with reasonable rates and good success within a couple hours of Orlando?

rons guide service is a great place. you can hunt with a gun, a knife, a bow, a hatchet, a spear, a sword, basically anything you can think of. They supply most weapons and theres no suprise costs. they do a great job in general and i highly recommend them. any questions?

Hi,
I am from Canada and I am looking at an archery hog hunt with Okeechobee Outfitters in January. Has anyone had any experience or information on them?
Thanks
Lionel

Another one to check out is Osceola Outfitters. http://www.osceolaoutfitters.com/ They are in St. Cloud, about half way between Melbourne and Kissimee. Not very far at all from the Orlando "attractions" if you have other members of the family that are coming. I hunt on some land close to them, there are some great animals and truely a first class operation.
