View Full Version : Eccentric timing, Limb tiller, tiller timing???

I have talked with a number of good spot shooters that differ their opinion on timing their bows. Some say they get a steadier hold by adjusting the eccentric timing, usually the top wheel is ahead of the bottom, others say it has nothing to do with holding steadier. Whats the scoop? I have an Ultratech with cam and a half, will I just be wasting my time by adjusting the eccentrics and or tiller timing? I'm shooting 300's with 45 to 50 x's, shoot 45# and shoot 30 " 2613 arrrows, and I want to do better. Thanks in advance for any help. Ken

If it makes you feel better then go ahead... but it don't do anything but fiddle with the nock travel...

Your time would be better spent balancing the mass weight of the bow to you draw weight...
