Guys,
I was shooting my Reflex Buckskin at 64*,27" with 324gr. 3355 arrows and it was pretty quick and quiet. I bought some XT 5575s at 357grs. cranked the poundage up to 68 and could not believe how much quieter it became. The bow was quiet to start with but now its almost nothing. All I have on the string are 2 metal nocks until I serve some on to replace them. I never realized that a step up in arrow spine could be so dramatic. These Goldtip Camos are just awesome. :)

It's the extra weight of the arrow that is quieting the bow, not the spine difference. As a rule of thumb, the lighter the arrow, the louder the bow/shot. Have you ever heard what a dry-fired bow sounds like? It sounds like a .22 being fired. Add weight (arrow) it gets quieter. The more weight, the quieter it gets, to a point.
