Before I started working on my Razortec I marked the limbbolts with a white marker so I could return the poundage settings to before the work settings. The limbs were maxed out and limb pocket was touching the riser.
I turned the limb bolts out five complete turns and completed the work. After Re-adjusting the limbbolts the five turns I found out that the top limb bolt had to be adjusted a further 1/4 turn to max it out.The bottom was spot on with the mark on the firth turn!
When I was adjusting the top bolt the extra I paid carefull attention to the cap between the limb pocket and the riser to make sure I did not over-tighten the limb bolt .
Has anybody ever found or experienced this before???
Thanks Jason

Guess you weren't maxed out on top as you said before you turned it out. Draw weight shouldn't change once the pocket is bottomed.
