I really dont know that much about front of center. Whats the deal with it. Does it help penetration, trajectory, etc. I calculated mine to be 11%. what is a good foc.

Yes higher FOC can help penetration, it is also said to make your arrows fly better and be more forgiving.
11% is pretty good, I think Easton recomends between 10-15%. Personally I dont think FOC can ever be to high. there is a really long thread on here called "Extreme FOC" its a great read. Lots of good info.
I am currently think about changing my arrows and points around, I want to get between 11-15%. My FMJs now are just to heavy to get a good FOC percentage, I would have to shoot 150 grain heads just to get my FOC at 12.5%.

I just hunted down that thread, some of these guys FOC is just amazing. I bet their arrows go through deer like a hot knife through butter!
