Help from a Nonamed friend. ;)

First thing you should do is go to http://photobucket.com/ and sign up it's free and makes it easy. Upload pics from your pc to PB, you can store a bunch of them on there and have differant albums. I start 2 windows on my pc 1 with Archery Talk and 1 with PB. find the pic you want to attach and click on the URL to highlight it, once its highlighted RIGHT click and select copy, go to page with AT click on envelope with mountain below the size arrow a box will pop up Right click in the bar and select paste, That's it. In case your not sure how to start 2 pages click anywhere on page then push CONTROL and N.
