in the market for a bow for my wife, and leaning towards the chaos 1. with the 2013s having 8 turns of adjustment, what does that actually mean in poundage? she is petite, but very athletic and strong and this is her first bow. i was thinking the 50# model, but wondering how low it will go for her to start, as i'd imagine that setting it up around 35lbs or so would be a good place for her to start. and i sincerely doubt she'd ever have any interest in shooting over 50lbs .

You going to have a hard time finding a answer to that question. I called pse and they told they didn't know how low the bows would go only that it would be at least 10#. I guess the best way to find out will be to go to a shop and have them turn one 8 turns and then put it on a scale.

It should go to the upper 30's which you wife should be able to handle. I started my wife at 39 lbs which was easy for her to shoot 20-30 shots before tiring. On a 50lb heartbreaker
