I've been playing with the numbers in OT2 and with a 310gr arrow #62lbs, 27.5" you should hit around 287fps. Maybe a few feet faster depending on what peep and loop you're using. I figured these numbers with a 12gn peep/clarifier and 6gr loop.

Can you run it for 350 grains, 29.5dl 70lb 12 grains for peep/clerifier and 6 grains for loop?

Also 29.5dl 62lbs, 310 grain arrow 12 grains for peep/clerifier and 6 grains for loop??

Also 29.5dl 62lbs, 310 grain arrow 12 grains for peep/clerifier and 6 grains for loop?? Comes out to 306fps

I'm not really sure how its only 2fps difference but I tried it more than once!

Of course as I was told by the software manufacturer the numbers are theoretical anyway and may not actually be accurate in the real world.

Thank you for the effort Shamus!

Maybe then there is no purpose for their software if the speed numbers it generates isn't true to real world numbers?

I've found with the OT2 its will guesstimate higher than your bow will actually shoot. The most its been off is 7-9fps. If you take the time to shoot through a chrono and use the "user sight marks" feature you can get pretty accurate sight tapes. You just have to put in the work.

Are the discrepancies that high with Archers Advantage?

My phenom set at a measured 28 inch draw pulling 54 lbs. will shoot a 270 grain arrow at 302 with a d-loop and a specialty peep on the string.

My phenom is shooting 294 fps with a 341 grain arrow on 28.5" draw. Oh yeah that's on 61#. Loop , and peep on a set of B2 strings.
