Over the years I have shot a lot of different brands, but I should have my first PSE tomorrow. Its a bow madness 3g. I will be shooting a 29" draw @70 lbs. Arrow length will probably be around 27.5". I'm leaning towards beaman pro hunter 340's. Any better ideas ?

You will get as many different answers as posts about this. Try what you want and see how they fly for you, it's not rocket science.
If they are durable then you've got a winner. Congrats on the new bow also. Enjoy

I've always shot GT's, but I just ordered 2 dozen HT2's. IMO as long as the arrow is straight and fletched correctly with correct spine then you're fine. Any of the major brands are gonna be good. I ordered the HT2's, because in the classifieds is a sale on them. Here's the link, pretty good deal and they will cut them for just a little bit extra. t=1823555http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1823555

I shoot the Black Eagle Carnivores. You wont be dissappointed shooting a little stiffer arrow in that bow it is shooting well above the IBO of 330.I want to say it was shooting like a 338IBO its the mosty shock free bow of 2012 very accurate

@ 27.5 length and 70 pounds, aren't you a bit over spined with a 340 ? Not sure but I shoot a 28.5 arrow @ 70 pounds and it called for 400's. I might be wrong, not having looked over the Easton chart recently. As dar as Bemon goes, nothing wrong with any arrow from Easton, good stuff. There are lots of choices out there but Easton is a fine choice by you and those Bemon ICS hunters are real tough for hunting.

I guess that was more the question. It seems with my arrow length I am right on the edge could probably shoot 340s or 400s

I shot the Gold tip Velocity 400s through it and they fly pretty nice but I felt they were a little on the light side.
