Can't go wrong with the Bee-Stingers.
I'd take a look at these...http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=2226012

Right now I'm using some I custom made. I bought 2 sets of the black ends in the link above. I'm planning on making another shorter set for hunting. The stabilizers above have gotten great reviews from the guys who purchased them.

Size wise...I'm using 27" up front and 15" on the side. Weight will be whatever it takes to balance out your bow.

The IE really isn't a target type bow.

But here are some good stabs for the IE.

Limbsaver S-coil - http://www.limbsaver.com/product/s-coil-limbsaver-stabilizer-4-5/

To add another possible, I bought a Golden Eye 8" Dial Adjust stab on Ebay and I like it real well.
