Has anyone shot the 2.25 inch Quick Spins with fixed Broadheads? I have been using blazers, but like everything else I need to experiment. So I bought some 2.25 Quick Spins to try. I am sure from what i have read they will fly well with foeld points, but wanted to know how they fly with fixed blade heads. I shoot 125 grain Slick Tricks.

I've tried the 2.25" with broadheads, they didn't work very well. I would wait and try the new 3" QuikSpins. They are a little taller (.50"). They should be excellent for smaller broadheads like Slick Tricks.

They work great if you use four of them with a right helical. I was doing this with a cx 300 and 160 grain snuffers at 260+ fps and they flew great and hit right with my field points.

This was shot at 40 yards out of a well tuned bow. The deeper arrow is tipped witha Thunderhead 100, the other is a field point. They worked pretty good for me. Arrow speed was about 280 fps.
