This is an old close guarded secret recipe from the Mississippi Delta Country of Mississippi. You start with a big knotty pine board which you lay the grennell on. You slow cook it suspened about 2 feet above the flames all day long and about dark you remove it from the fire, throw away the grennell and drive the knot out of the pine board and eat it!
