Has anyone tried to make a Danage Powerstop type diaper curtain for their target? I heard Whitetail makes a similar type of fabric backing, but I can't find anyone that sells it. Is just a cotton cloth fill with a special material?

Pro mat backstop works very well, just don't be in a hurry for their response. I called to place an order and it was 2 weeks before they called me back. It was 3 more weeks before I recieved the product.
I got the 24" mat backstop to use behind the 48" foam mat. The center is shot out of the mats and the rec center won't replace them till the first of the year, so I bought the Promat backstop and it is excellent. Be sure to make sure to order it with the strech cords in it.

For the situation you describe, I like the Protektor Model Archery Target
http://www.protektormodel.com/target.htm
They hang on the back of a stand with a couple ropes and are configured with two bags.
The price cannot be beat.
We have a dozen of them.

There are draw backs I was shooting on a target fitted with one at the British National Champs. I had no problems but one of the guys I was shooting with was putting his X10 bulge points through the back stop netting attached to the back of the boss. It made pulling his arrows very difficult.
