Contacting Altservices In The Uk

I'm trying to contact Altservices in the UK regarding a problem with a recent order. The email on their web site keeps getting bounced back as a "relay access denied" error from the mail administrator. I have tried from both my personal and business email systems.

Does anyone know if the email address "sales@altservices.co.uk" is correct?
Does anyone have an alternate email address?

Yeah it's correct. I contacted them before, it must be their system is down - and I bet it will be running soon, sicne they're only online store...

Since I can't get thru to Alt Services, does anyone have contact info for Cartel or Doosung? I have a problem with the Cartel Super Rest.

Greatree Archery in USA carries lots of Cartel items, maybe they can help. I don't think I have ever heard of anyone contacting Cartel directly.

Email sent. It hasn't bounced back yet, so it should have gone thru. This isn't your problem, and its only a little bit of money, but I think Cartel should know about it. Or some advice on what to look for to correct a problem on the bow/arrow end would be appreciated.

The problem occurred on Sunday, 9/24.
