I am an Abu Garcia fan as well as Quantum,Diawa,Shimano... I am going to try pflueger out. Heard so many good things and little bad about both. Which would you prefer. Price not an issue!!!

I have a Trion ultra light set up I use for panfish, and its a great little combo. The rod is a 2 piece IM6 graphite 5' 6" model with fugi guides and a cork handle. the reel is the UL Trion model, and is a smooth as silk, both in the way it retrieves and the drag. All for around $85, which isn't bad.

I've got a IM-8 trion and I love it. Can't beat the quality for the price.

I bought 2 Trions last year,1 was junk right out of the box,the other works great.I returned the one for a Shimano.I have always had good luck with Shimano but wanted to try the Trion.I will stick with the Shimanos

Guys i went on a limb and bought the summit. it was the display because they sold the rest. let me say, i have never backlashed on this reel yet. it may not cast quite as far as others but its the most accurate one i've had for hard plastics. i love the microsize too.

I've got a Trion machined baitcaster that I've really enjoyed. I've had it for 3 years now and still used it more last year than the new President that I bought. Brand loyalty is something I can't be accused of though as I also fish a Browning, a Quantum, and an Abu Garcia.

What sort of price are they asking for the Abu Revo reels? I'm looking to add another reel to the arsenal this summer and was considering them. Of course I'm also considering the BPS Extreme reels since they aren't too hard on the checking account.
