Sorry U2 fans, but The Joshua Tree is one of the most overrated albums ever

They all look like they have trouble spelling their own names... as far as the music, I've never bought a cd or downloaded a song, when I hear one on the radio, thats enough for me.

Their 1st album "Boy" was very good and different, and their live show had tremendous energy. Then, 20 years later, they have never been as good as that 1st year. Every song is a re-hash...I call it the "Tom Petty Syndrome"

Over rated, agreed. Politically to High of self opinion as well. Last decent album they did was 'Under a Blood Red Sky...', what was that , 1986? So if you can't make a really good album for 20 yrs....yeah.:zip:
