Turtles don't have hands.

I have been setting a couple of rods in the back of my boat at dock with some cut bait for the turtles. AC

What do you do with them. My uncle used to make knife sheaths with the tails.

I wouldn't know what to do with one.......... But I've had turtle soup B4 (in Spain) and loved it.

My grandmother used to cook turtle... arg. It was too fishy smell for me to even try it.

I'd just throw them back.

The snappers on the other hand... YUM! nicely pan seared with some ginger and garlic *drool*.
