Hoyt arrow rest mounting

On the hoyt vectrix do you mount the rest even with, a little above, or a little below the rest mounting holes.

I have mine set up with 1/2 the hole showing below the the arrow

Ideally, the center of the diameter of the arrow shaft is to be centered to the berger hole, mounting hole. Slightly above is fine. And I have heard the bottom of the arrow shaft should not be above the center of the berger hole.
Example: arrow 0-0 berger hole.
