Can someone post some pics of the sts dampeners I here talk about them but what do I look for in the shop and do the work and are they worth the $ what do I gain and do I lose speed?

Here's a pic of mine on my XT. They work and they work well and are work the extra $$ too. How much if an impact they have also depends on the bow as well. I have one on my XT and also my Evotek Impact. And I can say without question, that the biggest and noticible difference is on the Impact. It took out all of the vibration in the handle after the shot.

Another bonus is that they help to keep the string out of your sleeve. Especially in the cooler temps as the jackets get bulkier.

I put one on my Trykon and it is sweet. The STS only costs around $40, so without a doubt it's worth the extra jack. I think that your bow will gain speed on account that the arrow leaves the string at brace height. If you go to Vapor Trails web site, and watch the slow motion of the Limb Driver, it might make make more sense.
