capture arrow rests

I am tired of having my arrow fall off the rest. There are several drop-away rest that prevent the arrow from falling off. Anyone have advice on advantages and disadvantages of any of the?

It takes a better follow through with a full capture style rest. DON'T drop the bow arm. :D

There are probably reasons for your arrows to be falling off the rest, though. You can fix those and not even need a capture rest. You are shooting off the string without a loop, correct? If you are using a loop I'd bet the loop knots are tight to the top and bottom of the arrow nock.
