Anyone watch this?
It's kind of like the UFC except so far hasn't taken the glitzy wrasslin' turn the UFC has. They take the fights as teams to come up with the winner besides having a "grand prix" for individuals who shine.

Why I like it better than the UFC is it's on regular TV every week. Around here it's on My Network (the old UPN). http://www.ifl.tv/

I have one problem with the IFL.....IMO the fights are stopped prematurely. I know it's in the best interest of the fighter, but watch it, you'll see. I think the refs are a little trigger happy...JMO. I'll watch it because MMA kicks ass.

I watch it when I can. I don't like the fact that elbows are not allowed. I love watching someone throw down some boes during their ground and pound!

Did you see the fight where the fighter called his own fight and the ref listened? (Against Tiger White I think.)
That Ref needs to be removed.

I'll watch it because I don't have cable so PPV is out and I never manage to find the UFC at the video store any more and when I was finding it, it seemed to always be the same ones.

I can handle the rules in IFL because it seems more set up like boxing/wrestling. I got sick of all the rules coming into UFC because it was put off as full contact anything goes.

I cant recall that fight. There's talent to be had everywhere. The IFL is just another venue for MMA to showcase their taalents. I'll watch it when UFC/Pride isn't broadcasting. I DVR all of it anyhoo.

Also keep your eye out for World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC). Shows on the Versus or VS channel. They have some great fighters there. I think it is better then IFL.

the tapout guys are getting wec rolling quick....... like better as well......MMA on any station and i watch it:wink:
