Their just trying to make it interesting. Sure is getting hard to watch them though. No doubt though, if there's a way for them to lose they will find it and with a quickness!! However, I still have to beleive.

Go Cardinals! They are on their way back. As they proved last year that it doesn't take the best record when it in October. You only need to get hot at the right time. The Cuubies know their role and will just get out of our way. With guys like Ankiel who is smokin right now with no sign of slowing down the Cubs and Brewers are feelin the pressure.

It came out today that Ankiel has been linked to the illegal HGH distribution ring out of Florida.

He received a supply of HGH in 2004 while in the minor leagues. MLB had not yet banned this substance.

And? That sounds like he's linked to me.

His name came up during an investigation, yes. At the particular time that he was prescribed these meds by a doctor he was rehabing from Tommy John surgery in the minors and MLB had not banned the drug HGH. He did not violate any policies at the time. Trust me if he did anything wrong then I would be the first to say that he deserves what he gets. At the time there was nothing set in place that made what he did Illegal. HGH isn't steriods he is used in the repair of muscles and for lots of patients after surgeries. It has also been said that for someone who is completly heathy to take HGH it really has no benefit what so ever in making them better athletes.

I agree. You will never hear me not root for Rick Ankiel. The HGH thing does not change in my mind what he has done one bit. I hope he continues to tear it up!

Should be down to a 1 game lead for the cubs!
But the Brewers have this loser of a relief pitcher by the name Derrick TurnBLOW! He messed up any hope of a come back tonight for the brewers!
Being 2 down with 4 games to go, its not looking good for the brewers unless the cubs really choke and lose some more! I can only hope...........

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I remember this one game in May that the Cubs, should have won. And this other one in July that they should have won. Oh yeah, there was that other one in June, and the other one in May...
You get the point.
