Firenock v2.0a - very limited supply

We just got a very limited supply of firenock v2.0a on our web store. The shipment for the mass distribution is hold back due to technical difficulty. We actually do another QC here in US when we receive the sample shipment today. The sad part is that we discover that current yield of qualify nock (pass all 4 points of QC, another one we just added) is much lower than we expected. We would not release any product without being 100% confident with the manufacturing quality yield and QC process. Sorry for the delay again. We concluded that the current manufacturing process need more refinement even when we have good one and close to perfect testing results in our public beta.

For those who we have promised that you will get it before the 30th Sept; here you go. It is available here in our web store http://shop.firenock.com We shall try our best to get the issue resolved and resume full production. Base on the current time frame, we are looking at beyond October 1, 2007 for mass delivery.

Thanks for being open and honest about your product schedule. Some companies just leave the consumer wondering when they have a problem.

We run out of red nocks for Firenock v2.0a as some of them do not meet our QC. There are still plenty of Green nocks on hand; so if you want them in green as of now, we can give you all 6 nocks in green (3 with circuit, and 3 with matched weight). We shall have the shipment of red nocks before October 5th, 2007 and can resume regular shipment with 3 red and 3 green per pack.

We got the v2.0a production issue licked. It is now running at 99+% success after QC. So, I have instructed the factory to get me a few hundred and ship to me immediately. I got them TODAY. So we are resuming shipping those in web pack. The clamp shell pack should be out in another 2 weeks as it takes time. For those who want to have them NOW, it is on the web store as we speaks.

For those who had participated the v2.0a Beta, Your final mould 3 red nocks and 3 green with practice nocks will be in the mail tomorrow as promised.
