cdhunter
December 9th, 2007, 08:40 AM
I agree that -14 just way to warm. However on these bald butt prairies we have a thing called wind chill and after the wind blows down of the lakes environment Canada claims it feels like minus 40 outside:noidea: Reed we are contracted out to the province and it was probably us with the sicard, shes a little smaller only a 42" fan compared to the 48" a lot older 1948 verse 1988 and whole lot more throwing distance due to more torque in the rear diesel and no turbo. She can clear throw up to fifty feet:eek:because of her age we don't load trucks with her any more:sad: her load chute isn't tall enough for today modern trailers. the snoman can load a truck in ninty seconds and is mostly used in the city.

LeEarl how was your weekend? hope the city hospitable and you had a great time hope you found your way to heartland or heights and did some shooting.

I got it.... Why not a 3 wheeler bike with a basket on back :thumb: You would look great on one of those. I hear they are the big craze right now in Canada :thumb: You can even get that big basket on the front to carry extra gear.

Isn't it a wrong bike for this exercise? While my Rock-Hopper can take anything I throw at it, this is just a plain abuse of poor street bike...

How about a 4x4 pickup?

My cyclocross bike is my daily commuter. Built fast for riding on the road & still light enough to carry on your shoulder if you got to run up/over stuff. I race in cyclocross fall & duathlons in summer.

Great pics. Your hobby looks awsome but is not for me: I don't like to run. :pukey: That's why I ride a bike to begin with, hahahaha!
