I have a 30" draw and I bought a older like new Bear Kodiak Mag. Besides stacking will my DL hurt the bow? Stress marks, etc. Since its like new I don't want to hurt it. Brad

You will more than likely be stressing the limbs beyond their working range. Stress cracks at a minimum. If it was me I would find someone with a normal (28" or under) draw length who really wanted one of those and sell it. YMMV...

I think you're out of your mind playing with a bow that short, but to each his own. The way to find out if you're over stressing the limbs as Dave said is to try to tune the bow. If the limbs are over-stressed, it won't respond as expected to the standard tuning parameters (brace height/degree of centershot for spine etc.).

If there's a noticable stack - might be better off going to something longer or a better design.

Viper1 out.

I haven't shot it yet. Bought it because of the shape its in. Maybe make it a wall hanger. But I hate doing that. Thanks for the info. Brad
