Bought a new one about a week ago and the timing was set when I left the shop but now the bottom cam hits the stop just before the top hits the stop. I put one twist in the buss but that wasn't quite enough and 1.5 is to much. All measurements are right on or at least really close as far as I can tell. I have never really messed with this kind if stuff a lot myself but would like to learn as much as I can so I dont have to always go to the shop.
i pretty sure that you need to make the adjustments on the control cable that one controls the cams and the buss controls the axle to axle adjustment but i could be wrong but pretty sure am right on this one
I would put the 1.5 twists in it and leave it at that,My Alphamax shoots the best when my top cam hits just before the bottom one does.Hope this helps!!
I have always set my bows up to where the top cam bottoms out just a fraction before the bottom cam does and this has always been super forgiving for me when I set my bows up this way.Just make sure the top cam bottoms out and you should very slightly have to pull the string so that the bottom cam contacts the draw stop right afterwards.
