Tiller tuning

After having a short discussion about TT on another page, I was informed that TTing a bow could benefit archers that could shoot the difference in each tiller setting.
My questions are:
Is the increased accuracy a result of different tiller, or the slight difference in nock point?
Is it the holdability of the bow that improves, or the difference in tiller that improves performance?
Will today's hunting bows that store more energy with shorter BH, combined with the less accurate hunting sights,(versus a scope and smaller fiber), and the average to above average,(not competition type),shooters be able to actually see increased accuracy from tiller tuning?
