i have a great buddy. he has a fully prepped lefty switchback XT, just like mine. i am right handed and left eye dominant. my left eye is significantly stronger also. i am almost ambidextrous. i can use chopsticks with either hand..that has to count, right? it is one of his extra bows.

the bow is 29", but i shoot 28.5 perfectly. i believe mine is a 28", fudged a half inch longer. how much is a new cam? will i need to change the string/cable?

this is win/win. i would love to be able to handle a left bow, but didnt want to buy one to see.
i met this guy on here on AT. great place.

I saw a 28.5 in the southpaw ads a couple days ago for $45. The string will stay the same for all draw lenghts on the XT's. I was in the same boat as you, left eye dominant, shoot rifle left, play golf and hockey right handed. Most southpaws I know are ambidextrious to some extent. Crank down the pounds on the bow and you will realize what a difference shooting with both eyes makes.
