My opinions only, used mine about 10 times so far.
Positives: inexpensive, easy/quick/pretty quiet to set up, quick take-down (if you watch the video on the manufacturers website and practice a few times), can be locked to a tree (through any two of the rings that make up the body of the blind)...
Negatives: I can shoot out of it...but I can't see how you could fit a second person and two sets of gear (IMO)...it's pretty tight with one person/stool or chair/pack etc. The size will also limit how much you can move and how much you can adjust a shot angle. Zippers on the windows and velcro on the mesh make a lot of noise...I open/close what I want when I set it up. The carrying case is cheaply made...strap broke the first time out...draw string closure is also coming apart.
This is the blind that I bought last fall at Dick' s for $70. Like previously posted it is a bit cramped for me (I amd 6'4" though.) I too didn't want to spend a ton of money on a blind. One other concern that I have is that the material seems a bit shiney to me. I put mine up in early September and kept it up until mid-December. I didn't blow down and actually shed about a foot on snow off of the roof.
Overall, I am happy with the investment.
