What time of year do you usually start seeing rubs?

What time of year do you usually start seeing scrapes?

Would love to hear some input from you north florida hunters!

Kind Regards,
Axel

PS: I'm in north-east Jefferson County

I've seen some scrapes as early as September.

I hunt in Perry and usually start finding sign here in the middle of August. I hunted in Wacissa 2 years ago and really didn't start seeing good sign until the last couple weeks of bow season. I guess it differs for every area.

our club borders the Saint Marys River in Charlton Co. Ga. so we are right across the line. The deer are already making scrapes, all the trail cam pics show that they have all shed the velvet.; I found a nice rub this weekend.

Deer are chasing a little in Gainesville. Watched them for a while out of the truck window a few evenings ago.
