    I am interested in chatting with you about the Allen Compound Bow, I have owned this since 67/68. Purchased it new, in North Kansas City, MO from Clay Adams Archery. Hand written Serial number is 69081101. #6703 30#-50#. Pat Pending. jimni862@gmail. Aka James Carnahan.

    I have a compuond bow name is "The Winners Edge" has a coat of arms with a hand written serial # V #### under Allens pat no. 3486495 and the number 6 hand written all laminated . would like more info on this if possible

    Hello, thank you for posting that magazine article years ago online here. Finally i get to see a bow almost like one I am researching. I have something that appears to be a combination of model S and model W Jennings Arrowstar first generation bow. The riser on mine looks like the model W hunting style and color. However the side plates on my are the model Ss style. My side plates are also black. A dealer told me mine was a prototype and to absolultely hang onto it. I do also have the Arrowstar Mark II from new when I bought it back in 77 or 78 and a brass Jennings belt buckle he said was given to the top 100 jennings dealers. Well I am a jennings fan and would just like to know the facts of this older bow. Thank you so much for any info in advance. PS I would be happy to email pics.
