Wish it was 70 lbs. bump for a great bow
Yeah I know, I was on the road and just trying to get it posted to start out, but thank you.
I'm running a TT spring steel with a narrow blade. Arrows are .450 Vaps with 1.75" bohning X Vanes. Shot through paper and had a bullet hole. Did some long range shooting and had to barely adjust the...
Ttt. Throw me an offer, I wanna move this!
I have for sale a 2007 Martin C4 Cougar that I swapped out the MPro cam for dual Nitrous "B" cams. Max draw length is 28"
It was a project bow, and I just don't have the time to shoot it.
Would never use one on a deer, but for turkeys, I don't know if there's another broadhead out there better than this for body shooting them
Is this bow still for sale?
Might have to go off the 2013 spec sheets, I don't think anything changed
I don't think it honestly matters. I never see my peep ring anyways, too focused on the pin.
There fore for early morning and late afternoon hunting, I use the biggest peep I can grt
I shoot 52 lbs for my target rig. I shoot spots, 3D, and field. Just find a light enough arrow and you'll get all the speed you'll ever need, the 270-285fps range is plenty
If Matt doesn't own it anymore, I would absolutely love to hear who does.
You won't go wrong with it. Very easy bow to shoot and shoot good with.
If you can get 27's to spine, or even group, run with them. Each arrow made has there own application
3" 3D duravanes with an offset for me
I plan on using my scepter 5 that I've been using for my spots league, and get some lighter arrows for 3D. Any bow will work 3D. Just shoot whatever one feels better
Helical for hunting no doubt. You get the best control for any head on the market
Saw a Hawk VE this morning. Great looking bow.
As far as the cams, they look very similar to the older nitrous cams, just different machining marks-same profile though. The modules even look...
3 or 4" duravanes are good. I think Norway makes a slimmer profile 3D vane that's around 3"...put a helical or offset on it and you'll have a great flying arrow
I just got a Scepter V, and it's easily the best bow I've owned to date. It just sits on the target and throws darts
