I don't understand how a broken nock is the fault of the bow manufacturer? The warranty should fall on the nock manufacturer not the bows.
try loosening the mod screws a turn and then retightening. May not be set quite right.

Hunted with the 31 for 2 years until I got a 2011 Crave. Smooth and quiet. A little on the heavy side, but a damn fine bow. Still have it.

I like mine. It has a smooth draw cycle with a very solid back wall. Mine is set at 29" 70# with Gold Tip Velocity pros gettin 328 fps out of it. It's dialed in to 60 yards.
