move it till it's square then leave it there and work other angles. A little equals a lot in regards to your original post.
You may not need to move your rest at all. If it's square with the d loop and running through the berger hole, then you likely need to change the cam synch by twisting/untwisting cables.

work on one thing at a time. Horizontal or vertical. twisting/untwisting your cables will affect the vertical. your yokes will affect the horizontal.
