Bear whitetail was my first
I practice year round , I never go more than 3-4 days without shooting
i have a backup that is a browning ted nugent bow, it doesnt have a d loop but i do shoot a release on the string, i am more accurate with it out to 30 yards than my hoyt, i tried with fingers but i...
about 45 mins before day light, and in the evening ill get in the blind or stand around 3-4pm
Yes I'm pumped but the first Doe that's in range will be a dead deer
Here is a pic of the biggest deer they have roaming the area , owner sent me that yesterday, supposedly he's still...
last day of work and i get to hunt for 9 days straight..., the RUT is in full here in east texas, headed up north a cpl hours where i live on a lease with about 350 acres of free range deer
.19 is the happy medium for most folks, i like the .29 to bury the pin in the target, some like .10 for less clutter
its depends on you, your eyesight and what your comfortable with
bump for a good guy
Thanks for your input, on the cadet, is it adjustable or is it fixed?
keep telling yourself that haha what a loser
haha hissy fit, i guess you're finally realizing everything you've said in the thread has been wrong, congrats maybe theirs hope for you and your 15 yard pin set up
no just you and you only, in fact just buy a crossbow and give up compounds and traditional bows because seems like you have zero clue what your talking about and have given zero insight so far in...
Nope, it's called skill and practice, you need a pin for 15 yards then you need more practice
Seems like your mr know it all, seems like you are on the rug, get a life dude I'm done with your...
X1000000 on that, seems he's incompetent as an archer and also to understand anything
I like one pin, the question to you is why are you against someone using one pin, and why are you trying to tell me what to do on my set up when I know exactly what I'm doing? I think your crossing a...
Yea it does when your 20,30,40 yard pins are pretty close to each when your arrows are pretty flat
cant help to speak the truth, everyone has pointed valid truths of using a single pin over a fixed multi pins, as i said some people like fixed multi some people like single, it clears up clutter,...
Surely your not this stupid?
Dude I shoot 2" groups with my single pin @ 40 yards, it's called practicing and knowing where to put the pin, I have mine set at 30, and have practiced enough to range the deer, and have pin point...
The only barnett crossbow I would recommend would be the barnett bcx, it's the workhorse of the bunch and seems to the most reliable, I've held and shot one and it is a sweet sweet little bow
Ten point Turbo, you will love that bow
anyone use this single pin sight? i know its not adjustable, my hunting set ups are 35 yards tops, was wondering if anyone uses this sight?? was thinking about getting it for a simple set up without...
you lost this fight not on the rug, a single pin is also adjustable lol
you act like people dont practice and know their set up, having one pin is simpler, try it out before making assumptions
i set mine @ 30, its the perfect medium, once you practice a ton with a single pin you get your yardages and aim points down, so their is no guessing when you know what to do
i think absolute archer is on the money, that deer got ran over by a truck/car, theirs no bullet holes or blood anywhere
i think your brother in law is lieing haha, call him out in person, make...
i love my longbow, but the compound still has a place in my heart, i love shooting 60 yard groups in my yard, its still a bow but shooting my longbow is extremely addicting
couldnt have said it any better
is it gun season in NC yet? i would turn him in
