Old enough to walk
I work second shift now. My prime "movement" is all set.
I shoot the 340's out of my 60# Axis at 28.5" DL. Arrows cut ar 27" carbon length. They shoot great. Even out of my 28.5"/70 Speed Pro. I have no reason to contemplate another arrow.
You southern boys have all the fun. Hogs, gators, big snakes. I got deer n squirrel n fish. Whoopie!
Looks like a GSD/Lab mix. Color, build, ears say GSD. Fat otter tail like a Lab but drops down then curls up like a shepherd.
Arm n hammer baking sida tooth paste and winterfresh gum
Must have got the memmo. I was going to ask about a price....
Release malfunctioned and sent a FP tipped arrow into my truck bedside.
Bought a pack of the original Magnus two blade(black/yellow 6pk). Screwed one on and shot it at the BH target. It...
Copies of the Crimson Talon heads. Hope the blades aren't as flimsy.
I currently use the Apache. It's a great rest and functions flawlessly. I prefer it over my QAD
A straight up P.O.S! And even that's being kind.
Hunt where the cover is. I killed two doe at less than 10yds last season from a stand on an oak ridge. The stand was only chest high but was naturally brushed in.
I've used the CE Quad Pro,Nativ 100, and Torrid SS. The TSS is a one n done head, but the other two I mentioned have thick blades and are pretty tough for the price. NAP Shockwaves are a great head...
My Beman ICS Hunter Patriots are prob considered "cheap" @ $65/dzn. But they fly awesome and I'm looking forward to killinga few deer this season. They seem to be extremely durable also. So I'm happy...
I love shooting does, too. I'm more picky about it the last 10yrs,though. I target the most cautious, nosey old nanny in the group.
I practice out to 50yds just to check arrow flight. In the woods,I prefer extremely close. Thats when my adrenalin run wild. That's when I know my predator side is in check.
I wish they would do a complete archery series. Covering BH/FP, carbon/aluminum arrows, sights, etc. That's a DVD set i would actually buy.
A big AMEN to that, brothers.
What cams are on the '14 Extreme?
Here ya go! http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1617258&page=4&highlight=DIY+Ladder+steps
I don't consider either bow a back up. I shoot them both regularly and they both get to eat every season. They have different accessories, but are tuned with the same arrow/BH combo. Why have a back...
HCA is warrantied to 3gpp. I also have some speedpro 5.5's and shooting them next to my Beman ICS 340's, there is no noticable sound differences. But that arrow SCREAMS! Much flatter trajectory.
I just got a Bulldog vapor pen and several flavors. It's different and I can puff on that and not worry about a real smoke. It'll be with me in the stand this year with vanilla and apple flavors. I...
I've heard of a couple sightings in Montcalm county and a few over towards the "Thumb". But as far as i know it's more rumors than anything.
1) she was in your garage 2) she f'd up your bow 3) she playing stupid
Since she shouldn't have been that far away from the kitchen, she owes you "favors"
My garage is locked and the key...
That is cool! I wonder, though, how much abuse it will actually take. I hate having to hear the music. I'd like to actually see how quiet it is.
Looks almost like being grazed by arrows
For the practice heads, put a couple tight wraps of electrical tape around the blades and fire away. Can also be used like this on small game like coons and woodchucks with less chance if screwing up...
I made my own launcher arm out of thin metal and covered it w velcro.
Woodland camo is great. Been using it for years. Large pair of pants w layers under and a solid, beutral color coat. Usually grey.
These older military camo clothes can be had from Sportsman's...
