How would you tiller a 17" Titan with short limbs shooting 3 under?

I just scored on some used 50# TT Carbon/wood short limbs and ordered a Champion Custom Bowstring. I can't wait!!!!!
It measures 63" unstrung.

Price drop to $700.00
In the 50 lb. range.
Would you go with the 2 or 3 bundle BCY X?

I'll throw on a Hawke XB30 for the same price.
How would the shorter limbs be better? Sorry i'm new to this ILF stuff.
There is currently a Titan 3 in the classifieds with a 19" riser and med. limbs. Do you feel this would be a good set up for me?
