Can you post a link to those facts? Everything I can find is either speculation of stated as fact but has no actual facts to back positions. I would be interested in reading some actual studies.

I would argue that most on cholesterol meds have high cholesterol because of bad life style choices. If they would eat right and exercise they wouldn't need meds. Instead they take the easy route....
Couldn't the same be said for just about any meds out there? How many have developed some problem due to cholesterol meds, or BP meds, or women that developed issues later in life from taking birth...
For those that have or are using. How/where did you get info on what cycles to use that you trusted? I mean there is a ton of internet experts out there but how do you know what to trust?
