3rd hand straps are a MUST
OP, I see you said you sit on your folded down seat to get higher in the stand. Heres a mod for bowhunters. The straps that your seat hang by can be lengthened ALL the way out. As long as they go....
Those coyotes were:
1) being coyotes(they gotta eat too )
2)killing something that was meant for a hunter
3) worthy of only hate
You pick one
But wait......................I thought there was nothing wrong with hoyts stationary rollers... Why did they change the system? Hmmmmmm.............................. However they built their flex...
They seem to like em after they get mushy from being frozen a few times. Might turn to sugar like a turnip.
I'm a summit fan. I have the viper elite and a razor. The razor Is Sooooooo much nicer to climb with. They are the same once you're in position.
How much Tony? $$
I voted no. Unfortunately, I now need to change my vote. Of course I had some spare limbs and I'm good to go again. But that hurt a little.
My bow. Friend was drawing it back and the lower limb just collapsed. Didn't completely break off. No damage to parts or shooter. Just popped at full draw about 2 inches from pockets. I've shot that...
Tony, will he be changing the deflection so they make weight or would a guy just buy the 70's if he wanted 65 etc.??? P.S. I just fell victim to my first limb failure this week. Fortunately I had...
If yours aren't coming apart, why change? The ones you replace it with might be the bad ones. Yours are tested. I replace the shrink wrap every two years to protect the cables.
Bowtech assassin or carbon knight would be todays version of your old bow.
Well I clicked on the make voters public tab. Shouldn't the poll be showing who voted how? I was hoping we might be able to weed out a few haters who voted.
Ive owned several destroyers and never had an issue. Tuned dozens of em too. No issues. Lately ive read about alot of them and im curious as to why it happens.
Destroyer owners poll. Limb breakage.
If you owned a bowtech destroyer, please vote on the poll. This about limbs BREAKING. not the flaking issue.
I would really like to know the percentage of limb failures on destroyers. This post makes it seem like every other one broke. I know of a LOT of destroyers an 0 limb issues(flaking not included)...
I've shot my destroyers 10's of thousands of times I bet. o problems other than flaking.
bare bow price?
if your backwall isn't solid now, you have an issue.
Do u have one now?
layered foam seems to let the arrow do what it wants.
I agree with everyone above. Pure Junk. I just bought a new one. Shot a few times to make sure everything was ok and then hung it up. Waiting for my new threads. Bowtech should be ashamed of these...
most bowtechs run 1/2 inch long when set straight up. Like 28 and 28 will get you 28.5. setting the stop long will make it even longer.
That is a LOOOOOOOONG tail
new riser equals whole new rest setup. So it's not surprising that your pins are off a little.
come on man, If you're going to pay attention to detail, then lets get the screws on the switchplate lined up the same. LOL
I'm gonna say not. or tied to the company. Because I HAVE used em both, and while they both get it done, and Id be a fool to say the Bowa was not a very nice press, there appear to me to be more...
The x press was eds too wasnt it?
