Depends a lot on how close your eye is to the peep also at full draw.
The problem at Cullman this year is some hotels were gouging around the $150/night rate.
I decided to go later on, and had to stay about 30 minutes from the shoot site. It was $64/night (Days Inn).

Yep, last years a tree fell down on neighbors fence. His cows got out and broke down about 7 targets and ATE the dovetail off of about 5 targets that holds the head on. Go figure.
Nice bow. Free :bump:
Bear tear them up looking for ants. You may be seeing ant Larva.
Blue Jays bore holes in them and build nest.
I've seen the carpenter bees holes also.
Cows like to rub on them and destroy...
In ASA national events, there is not any know class shooters on the same range as unknown shooters.
It takes a city that will work with ASA to host the shoot. Hotels, resturaunts, and I think the biggest thing is a nice complex that can accomodate the ranges and practice areas.
There is no way of controlling it for sure. It's based on the honor systema and self-policing. We run lanes out one side of the trail and then shoot back the other side. There is usually other groups...
We have known and unkown at my range. Doesn't seem to be a problem. The only problem we have is the known class is getting bigger all the time. Bigge than the Open Money class by twice as much.
