You only get a short amount of time to edit a thread. If you really need something edited, you'll have to send a PM to the appropriate forum Moderator.

My bad I ment when I click on manage attachment like to post a pic with a thread nothing happens. I think it is my pc doing something funky.
Try the good old; clear cache, clear cookies, log off AT, close your browser and log on again.
If the popup window doesn't come up you may have a popup blocker preventing it. Some popup blockers are temporarily bypassed if you hold down the control key when clicking. Good luck.
