    Diet Advice

I was diagnosed with a malfunctioning gallbladder today; I will eventually have to get it romoved. All the doctor told me was to cut out fatty food. Has anyone else delt with this problem; is there a diet that works for you? Man, this is painful. I'll take any suggestions.

Daily you can eat dailylow-fat milk-dairy products in eating through that products you can easily lose your weight. You can eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. If you need to lose weight, choose a well balanced diet food such as Weight Watchers, rather than a fad diet. Earlt in the morning Daily you can perform good exercises.Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season.

It isn't going to be easy at first, but once you adjust your diet and find some recipes you like, it will get easier. My first suggestion is eating out less. Generally restaurants want people to love their food so that people will come back- this means they slop on the fat because it tastes delicious. By making food at home, you can really find out what is going into your food. If you must eat out, avoid fried foods and anything covered in creamy sauces. Fruits or salads are a great substitution for fries or chips. Satisfy a sweet tooth with some dark chocolate instead of milk. Ice cream is bad- try frozen yogurt or sorbets. And basically, if you can see your reflection in your food- run away. Hope this helps.

Ignore/report anyone with adverts in their sig for things like pimple cream and such. They're spammers from places like India paid to post on boards like this with health ads so you'll click their links.

Living in the South, a lot of people in my family have had their gall bladder removed.
You'll find greasy food will make you sick, give you the runs, etc. Fast food biscuits will make you

Mostly it's saturated fats, animal fats, and hydrogenated oils that will do it. The really hard to digest stuff that's the reason why we humans have a gall bladder is what does it.

You could go on the Paleo diet, cut out gluten, and other stuff so you'll have an easier time digesting and be healthier.

It's not the end of the world, but you'll have to cut back on cheap/greasy foods or be wiling to suffer the consequences.
