Does changing draw weight change draw length

Does backing out limb bolts to lower draw weight change draw length? If so, very much?

You will not tell a difference. If it did at all it might be like .002. Get the point?

On a ProTec with XT3000s you can have the DL gain 1/4" or more with a 5-6# adjustment. On some parallel limbed bows you won't see a big gain.

I've adjusted it then remeasured on a draw board. Most bows do gain DL. And 1/4" is noticeable.

Its a bit more than that....noticable enough for me.

Easy way to tell. Back your bow out all the way and measure the difference in brace height....this will be the difference you grow in DL.
    It will vary between bows.
