Cougar with 8 pointer in its mouth

HAHAHAHA, my dad just sent me a picture message on my phone with the now infamous picture with captions of........"taken with a trail cam 7 miles south of Paris, IL. Albino panther with 8 pointer in his mouth!"......... I'm not making fun of my dad because he's not a hunter. I just love how the plot is thickening

saw the same picture saying it was from pope co. IL . There is a feeder in the background. Seem to get one of these pics every year. Last year got one of a cougar stalking a mule deer supposed to be from IL. Lived here all my life, who knew we had mule deer.

Shawnee produces some huge bucks every year, the property I hunt is bordered on three sides by it. Lots of steep hills, a little different from flat land but both have its advantages

All the time, I saw one last night but that was in Johnson Co. Last year I had around 10-12 bobcat sightings in Pope. Any more its almost like seeing deer. Cool to see,fun to watch, but not very rare anymore. Waiting for a season on them.

LOL, they talk about them like they are ghosts down there (my parents and people that have cabins). Its funny. I've yet to see one yet. I would love to have a mount. That would be neat.

My buddy in MO. has a mount of one on its hind legs trying to catch a turkey flying off. Best mount I've ever seen. There'll be a season one day. I think your parents are thinking of cougars I want to see one of them. The train that runs through Chester IL hit one a few years back (100 plus lbs). That only 60 miles from were I live.
