My setup with 63 pounds and shooting a 374 grain Fatboy arrow at 28.5 inches is as following:

My scale reads 66 pounds but it is 3 pounds on the heavy side with the calibrated one at the shop.

SBS your alley is slower than molasses in the winter time. You need to get a supertuner to work on it. THE GEEKSTER.

I just looked in my records for an 08 Ally I sold a few weeks ago. It had speed mods, 28/61, 372 grain arrow at 275 fps.
    400 grain at 266 fps.
I cut my arrows twice and they're still too short.
