Big Sky Open in Grand Junction
My family and I will be traveling from Northern Utah to Grand Junction Colorado for the Big Sky Open June 17 - 19. Please contact us if you would like to caravan/carpool/trailer share to the shoot. This is our first year going to this shoot, but I've lived in Grand Junction before - beautiful area, great accomodations, wonderful place to live/vacation!
Here's the sight:
Come on and join us if you can

The ConToy Arena, brand new, very well set up, lots of shots 40+, and 3 over 50. Longest shot is the Elk at 64!
Contoy 3D 2.jpg
The closet shot at about 12 feet, angled down from a 3 foot platform, shooting a couple carp "in the water".
Contoy 3D 3.jpgContoy 3D 4.jpg
Very well lit, spacious lanes, plenty of room for a shooting group of 4-6. You can see #22, the shot from the blind - 24 yards to a couple beaver size targets. (can't remember exactly what they were)

And lastly, another (blury -sorry) shot of the long side of the range. The whole thing was set up in an "L" shape, and I think they did a great job. Really nice quality targets, friendly workers, good distances.

The Spring Fling will be hosted by Timparchers.com at the Spanish Fork Fair Grounds March 12 and 13, 2011. At this time, I can not find any additional information at this time. If you are a Timp Archer, or have more info, please catch us up. There is a club meeting 3/3 to get the club all set for the shoot, so hopefully we will see some more info following that meeting. Thanks!
Their website additionally lists 2 other shoots planned for this year:
Ice Breaker, April
State Field, July
