Was wondering if anyone had tried the new spot-hogg wiseguy release and what u think about it. How would u compare it to other hook style releases from scott and carter?
I just got mine from a spot hogg dealer here on AT yesterday. Good piece of work on it. I shot maybe 30 shots with it and it felt pretty good. The only downfall on it, is the velcro strap. Spot Hogg is a great product and I expected more out of the strap. They should at least have a buckle for it. IMO, the velcro strap on it looks cheap. Other than that, the release itself is great.
I got mine last week with a buckle strap, I had to wait about a month longer until the buckle straps came out. I ordered mine right from Spot Hogg, only shot about 20 shots through it so far.
They made a buckle strap model, but it was only for very large wrists. Now they are making one for normal people, and it is supposed to be out in a couple weeks. I am going to get one for sure. They also make them with black heads, rather than the purple ones.
