I am ready to upgrade from a flimsy card table for my processing efforts and looking for some ideas on how others are doing theirs. It seems the stainless steel stuff around here commands top dollar even when beat up. I am wanting something big enough to cut/grind deer as well as enough space to be able to run sausage out of my stuffer. I am thinking something about 8ft long with maybe a sink with a flexible drain hose. And some large casters for moving around the barn or even outside.Any ideas or photos of your setup would be appreciated.
